Construction Support Services go from Strength to Strength

Following the appointment of two specialist construction Health and Safety Advisors to the Simian team, we have now expanded the range of support services that we provide to include general construction health and safety.

Claire Oakes, a Chartered Fellow of IOSH, has joined us as Consultancy Manager, and is a renowned and very well reputed construction Health & Safety Professional, who has held various Managerial and Director roles during her career.  Claire will be responsible for overseeing the consultancy arm of the business, as we seek to expand and diversify the range of support we currently provide.

Dave Jones has also joined the team, in the role of Construction H&S Advisor. Dave will predominantly be focusing on the needs of our construction-based customers. Dave has a broad range of experience in various sectors but has worked in the Construction Industry for the last 12 years.

We can offer bespoke packages to companies within the sector, from SME’s to larger contractors, which can typically include:

• Development of Construction Phase Plans
• Assisting / Liaising with the HSE following any intervention
• Accident / Incident investigations

The services listed can be taken be taken on a call-off basis, or be wrapped up in a retained package.
