Waltham Forest Scaffolder Gains Level Three Scaffolding Qualification

35-year-old Gawayne Forbes, a self-employed resident of Waltham Forest has taken steps to progress his career by completing a CISRS Advanced Scaffolder course, at Simian’s London Academy of Sustainable Construction (LASC).
Gawayne, who took advantage of one of our training bundle packages* is currently building his Level Three NVQ and intends to return to LASC in December to complete a two-day skills test, which will see him receive his CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card.
Speaking of his time with SIMIAN, Gawayne said:
“Completing the Advanced Scaffolder course will really help with my career progression and will mean that I can work on more complex scaffolds and increase my earning potential. The practical and theoretical knowledge I have gained is a real confidence booster, and I am looking forward to putting that into practice out on site.”
