June 2015
You said: “You’d rather not walk to the site restaurant when the weather was bad”
What we did: We provided an internal catering option.
You said: “You didn’t want to come back to the centre for one or two days to complete your NVQ question packs”
What we did: We incorporated the question packs into the course.
July 2014
You said: “Slide hand outs are difficult to read”
What we did: We made all hand outs 2 slides per page for improved readability.
You said: “The classroom was too hot”
What we did: We purchased mobile air conditioning units to improve comfort.
You said: “That you struggled to remember when you were required to attend a course”
What we did: We started sending out postcard reminders.
You said: “You could not remember your cohort block”
What we did: We provided plastic wallet cards with individual apprentice dates on.
