Talk me through a typical day in the office/work for you?

First thing I do is put the kettle on and make a brew for everyone who is in! As I only work part-time hours I then catch up on the previous afternoon’s emails, jobs and tasks – all admin based, my days run very smoothly, I am glad to say!

What is your favourite part of the job?

All of it – I enjoy what I do and the people I work with are friendly, approachable and great to get on with.

If you didn’t work at Simian what would be your dream job?

If I had my time again, I would train to be a mid-wife, as that would be so rewarding.

When you aren’t in work where are most likely to be found?

When the weather is not so good – I would be at home pottering about, when the weather is good – I try to get out on my bike as much as possible.

Where would your ideal holiday be and why?

Anywhere in Italy, it’s easily my favourite place in the world.

Neither – I drink hot water with slices of fresh lemon.

I love doing both

Neither – they all get paid far too much and should get a proper job instead of doing something that should be done for fun, exercise or as a hobby
