SIMIAN Set to Reopen Training Centres

As we rapidly approach the one-year mark since the first COVID-19 lockdown, in which SIMIAN closed its training centre doors, we are very pleased to announce that we will once again be reopening on 08 March.

Having weathered three lockdowns, COVID restrictions and countless regulatory changes as a result of the pandemic, it is great to announce some positive news for the SIMIAN team and the scaffolding industry as a whole, after what has been an unprecedented challenge for us all.

With the announcement of the UK’s roadmap out of lockdown, there is light at the end of the tunnel. However, until it is deemed safe to remove restrictions, our training centres will continue to implement social distancing and COVID-secure measures when we reopen. These measures include:

• Limited training numbers
• Temperature checks at the beginning of each day
• One-way systems
• Sanitising stations
• Socially distanced classroom layouts
• Masks required throughout the centre

The SIMIAN team is currently in the process of contacting customers with bookings, to advise them of our revised COVID security measures and to discuss rearranged training dates.

For those looking to book onto one of our training courses in the coming months, we recommend booking early, as we expect places to fill quickly.
