Congratulations to Jess Hollowell

The Simian team want to congratulate our very own Jess Hollowell on her fantastic achievement on successfully completing her apprenticeship in Advanced Business Admin.

The apprenticeship covered level 3 administration, with some modules also covering level 4, and topics included:

• Customer services
• Data processing
• Database systems
• Spreadsheets
• Paperwork processes
• And much more

As a result of her accomplishment Jess has been given a permanent role within Simian Risk. Everyone that works with Jess is delighted to continue working with her, as she has quickly become a valued member of the team. Speaking of her achievement Jess said “I am extremely happy to have completed my apprenticeship and look forward to applying what I have learnt to my role at Simian”.

Along with her permanent role Jess now has expanded responsibilities, including scheduling inspections and training admin. Susan Russell, our UK Operations Manager said “Jess has taken her new responsibilities in her stride and has expertly translated her NVQ training into her daily role”.
