Apprentice Outstanding Achiever

Fletcher is the latest of our apprentices to be awarded the accolade of outstanding achiever.
At Simian Risk our apprentices are continually assessed as they progress through the apprenticeship programme. At the end of each course our instructors meet and consider how each individual has performed and developed. They take into account a range of criteria such including general performance, time keeping, their attitude to safety and completion of the associated NVQ and test results.
The best-performing individual is then awarded a £30 voucher which he or she can put toward a tool or item of PPE which we hope they will make good use of as they embark on their scaffolding career. The award demonstrates commitment to their chosen career and recognises hard work. It also looks great on a CV and can be a real boost to receive the award of Simian’s most outstanding achiever for a scaffolder just starting out in their career.
Well done to Fletcher and all the other apprentices who have recently completed the programme.
