Simian welcomes new recruits to the training department

We’re pleased to welcome two new recruits to our growing team. Lise Mountford has joined the training team and will provide vital admin and support to the busy team at our training headquarters in Warrington. Lise has joined us from MBNA and brings with her experience gained in the recruitment, marketing and finance sectors.
The other new addition to our training department is Karen Twist. Karen has recently been appointed as functional skills tutor and will join our team of expert instructors. Karen has taught all over the world in many different environments, including the slums in New Delhi, India, a prison in the UK to an exclusive private high school in the US. Her incredibly varied experience has taught her that regardless of where people come from they want to work towards a better life. Access to learning and the right conditions can make that happen. Karen was attracted to the role at Simian after looking at our website she said, “I saw a friendly, progressive looking company and a job spec totally fitted me.”
Our busy training department has grown significantly in recent years and we deliver training courses designed for all levels of personnel at various stages of their careers, from entry-level operatives to supervisors and management teams. These new roles will be key to supporting the continued growth of the training side of the business.
