We have fantastic opportunities at SIMIAN for dynamic, professional individuals to join our apprenticeship team as a Construction Skills Coach.
In this exciting role, you will:
- Coach learners to achieve the Apprenticeship Standards in both Scaffolding and Roofing.
- Work with a diverse caseload of learners, supporting their personal development and career aspirations.
- Conduct onsite visits, schedule, plan, and record activities that showcase apprentices’ new knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
We are looking for people with a real passion for mentoring and motivating others. Your expertise will help create a high-quality learning environment within a work setting, working closely with the technical instructors. This role requires a flexible approach and the ability to thrive in a rewarding environment with both young people and adults.
Ideal Candidates:
- Background in scaffolding or roofing with formal qualifications or substantial experience in the construction environment.
- Strong dedication to developing learner skills and develop their confidence.
- Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
