Joe Greensmith, a skilled scaffolder employed by Crossway Scaffolding, recently took a step forward by attending the Advanced Tube and Fitting course at SIMIAN’s Warrington training centre. With years of experience, Joe sought to enhance his skills and knowledge to become fully qualified and prepared for advanced roles in scaffolding operations.
Joe’s day-to-day responsibilities at Crossway Scaffolding involve a diverse range of tasks. These include erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures on-site, conducting thorough handovers, performing inspections, and overseeing teams as a supervisor. His dedication and commitment to his craft have earned him recognition among peers, but Joe knew that achieving the Advanced Scaffolder qualification was key to unlocking further career opportunities.
