Summary:

We are seeking to add to our team of CISRS Instructors, and are looking to recruit Scaffolders/existing CISRS Instructors who wish to progress their careers and share their skills and experience with others progressing in the industry.

Candidates who are not already qualified for this role must:

  • be qualified to CISRS Advanced Scaffolder level and must have held that qualification for a minimum period of five years, or
  • be qualified to CISRS Scaffolder level and have been so for a minimum period of 10 years.

Full training and mentoring will be provided for those that require it, and development will be in accordance with our Instructor development plan, which aims to return fully qualified CISRS Instructors with a two-year period from start date.

Regardless of where the successful candidates are based, travel to other SIMIAN centres will be required, so a driving licence and a willingness to travel are essential. Travel away from the ‘home’ centre will attract incentive payments.
